Css3

I LOVE using CSS to build design systems, optimizing CSS usage in the browser, as well as tackling challenging aspect ratios, responsive video iframes, and fluid design for larger screen displays.

Tailwind css

TailwindCSS is the next best thing compared to Bootstrap or other CSS-based component libraries. Tailwind has saved me coutless of hours building a number of single-page applications and micro-services.

PHP

Some people would call me a "PHP developer" because of the years and years of experience I have building and customizing content management systems. I have built and maintained hundreds of websites and CMS systems using PHP.

SQL

I have had the privilege of working with complex SQL queries to build database applications for large healthcare enterprises, as well as constructing reporting and marketing tools using SQL.

Angular 10+

In my opinion, Angular the best framework compared to ReactJS. Every version that is released seems to make the learning curve of this framework that much easier, and the features of the framework keep growing. I have created multiple SaaS applications for multi-billion dollar industries.

VueJS

VueJS is a library (not a framework) that is AMAZING at plugging into an existing codebase architecture, and I have accomplished and integrated efficient asynchronous functionality as essentially "bolt-on" technology.

Salesforce

With the sloppy UI of Salesforce, the platform and products still have decent power behind it. I have aided in the complete setup and integration of many of the Salesforce products for a number of multi-million dollar companies.

Hubspot

Hubspot is a API-driven CRM system that continues to innovate and make their automation pieces pretty seamless for non-technical admins. With Hubspot's custom objects and database capabilities, building full websites in the CMS Hub can be done with a little knowledge of modules and templating.

GA-UA + GA4

Google Analytics has matured over the years from being the ideal web engagement reporting tool, to now being the free tool of choice for small businesses to enterprise businesses to stitch together all user web impressions for a unified user experience. I have grown up with GA4 and have seen its number of iterations, quirks, low moments, and high moments.

GTM

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a free tool that enables you to install, store, and manage marketing tags without modifying website code. GTM feels like the "secret marketing pixel backdoor" where 1 script just needs to be added to a client's website, and then a developer can add other scripts via GTM to the client's website.

Search Console

Google Search Console is a web service by Google which allows web admins to check indexing status, search queries, crawling errors and optimize visibility of their websites. Over the years, this product has matured from focus on AMP/responsive pages to now being more focused on web performance and core web vitals.

Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals is an initiative by Google to provide unified guidance for quality signals that are essential to delivering a great user experience on the web. The challenge is always making CMS and predefined templates websites adhere to core web vital best practices, which is usually when people call me.

WordPress

WordPress is the top content management system and primarily what I have built my career on, managing, building, and customizing. Like every other popular platform, it has a number of lovers and haters, but no one can say that WordPress never innovates and evolves with the latest technology trends.

Lexie Ray Fitness NEW WEBSITE

Lexie Ray is an amazing transformational online fitness coach. We created her brand new website on WordPress, and paid a lot of attention to performance details with some subtle animation, and video hero right at the top of the page.

Legion Brewing BRAND NEW website

Legion hired me for a total website makeover. Their previous platform was limiting for editing and customizing capabilities, and they wanted to move into a platform that would allow them flexibility to grow their existing marketing and organic campaign efforts. We chose WordPress and stuck completely with the CMS's block builder to create this super light weight and beautifully designed representation of one of Charlotte's best breweries.

New Website for Insurance Company

Blake Honeycutt barely had a website to begin with, and since him and I have worked together for years, he wanted me to create him a complete web presense, that would not only be aesthetically pleasing, but also provide a great user experience, and be optimized for SEO. I did just that, ensuring all pages past SEO audits, and page performance, giving Blake the perfect place to continue providing value to his long-standing customer base.
